Who We Are:

Newly formed in the summer of 2010, we are a group of people who have loved ones who are residents of the Baptist Home.

Our goals are:

• advocate for our loved ones
• support and encourage each other
• aid in the work of the Baptist Home

We meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM in the library of the Baptist Home. All are welcome, whether your family member is a short term or a long term resident.

Jill Welch, the Director of Admission and head social worker keeps us apprised of news of the Baptist Home and answers questions posed from the previous meeting. In addition, Stephanie Patton is the ombudsman for the Baptist Home; she regularly attends the meetings and offers suggestions.

March 9th, 2011 Karen Zobel, the new Baptist Home Administrator will be our guest speaker.
